Storage Architecture

On-premises MinIO.
No third-party cloud.

VS3 stores encrypted data across Vautra's own on-premises MinIO infrastructure. There is no AWS, no GCP, no Azure. Your data does not touch a third-party cloud layer at any point.

Data is distributed across multiple instances within your selected sovereignty region. During cross-instance replication, data remains encrypted end-to-end — plaintext is never exposed.

One key you can keep to yourself.

VS3 uses a hierarchical key architecture. Every file gets a unique File Key, encrypted by a Project Key. You choose who holds the Project Key.

Vautra Managed Keys

Convenient for enterprise teams. Your Project Key is stored securely in a regional HashiCorp Vault instance within your selected sovereignty region.

VS3 records every file action — upload, access, share, modification, deletion — in a real-time audit log stored in a low-latency database.

Object proofs for every action are simultaneously stored on Anryton — Vautra's own EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain built on Cosmos SDK with Tendermint consensus. This creates a tamper-proof external verification layer that cannot be altered, even by Vautra.

Audit logs are exportable as CSV, JSON or PDF and are retained for the durations required under HIPAA and GDPR.
